The Academy is available for both boys and girls from 3 to 17 years old. Team play or weekly training.
Can a player participating in the Academy play for other teams or academies?
The main purpose of the school is to develop players individually. Players can play for any team or academy that they choose to play for in their free time. Players in the Syracuse Soccer Academy are in no way obligated to play on the SSA teams.
What is the difference between club soccer and the Syracuse Soccer Academy?
Soccer clubs are designed to form teams 1st, so the players are evaluated and trained in a team environment. SSA is designed to focus on each individual player 1st rather than on the team.
